When will I receive my order?

You can expect to receive your order within 5 to 8 working days.

Note: Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order is shipped from our warehouse, you’ll receive an email with tracking details sent to your registered email address.

As soon as your package is dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking link via email. Please also check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see it in your inbox.

Important Delivery Note:
If your parcel looks opened or damaged when it arrives, please do not accept it. We will not be responsible for parcels accepted in such condition.

Shipping fees are based on your location and follow standard Royal Mail rates — you only pay what the courier charges, with no extra fees from our side.

Yes, we do! Free standard shipping is available on all orders over £100.
