• Return or Exchange Request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
• Exchange orders will only be processed after the returned item has been picked up.
• Due to limited inventory, your preferred item may be unavailable. In such cases, our team will contact you to suggest an alternative.
• Returns and exchanges are free of charge, but shipping/delivery charges are non-refundable and must be covered by the customer.
• Refunds are issued as store credit only
• In case of damaged, defective, or missing products, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We won’t be able to assist beyond this window.
• If you receive a damaged item, please share images and details via Provided Email . We will guide you through the next steps for a replacement, store credit, or full refund.

Please note: Small imperfections, slight misprints, or color differences from the website images are not considered defects. These are natural features of handcrafted products and add to their unique charm.

Order Cancellations
• To cancel your order, please do so before it is shipped.
• If an order is canceled after it has been dispatched, shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

Refunds
• Refunds (where applicable) are processed within 7–14 working days.
• Monetary refunds are only applicable in cases where a wrong or damaged item is delivered.
• In all other cases, refunds will be issued as store credit.
