How do I place an order?

We do not accept custom orders or modifications at this time.

Yes, we ship worldwide from the UK. Wherever you are, Mori is happy to deliver to your doorstep.

An order is confirmed only after successful payment. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is processed. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly.

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be sent via email or SMS. Kindly check your spam or junk folder, as automated emails may occasionally land there.

Orders may be canceled from our end in rare cases due to unforeseen issues. If this occurs, you will receive a full refund.

We do not encourage returns or refunds once an order has shipped.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or non-collection, we will refund only the item cost (shipping fees are non-refundable).
In the event of receiving a damaged, incorrect, or missing product, we will issue store credit equal to the item’s value.

Returns are accepted only if:
  • You received a damaged item (must include photographic proof).
Please note: We do not accept returns for reasons such as personal preferences, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with fit or color.
Return & Exchange Conditions
 
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • All tags, packaging, and any freebies must be intact.
Items showing signs of use, damage, or washing will not be accepted for return or refund.

Yes, address changes can be made before the order is shipped. Once dispatched, the shipping address cannot be modified.

The color of my product looks different from the photos. Why?

Product images are taken under different lighting conditions to reflect true colors as accurately as possible. However, minor color differences may occur due to:

Lighting variations during photography

  • Display settings of your device
  • Small-batch artisanal production, which may result in slight variations in fabric color
